The Level 1 Site Audit Partnership Program is a new idea in Power Quality Services. The features of this program are significant. The Level 1 Site Audit Partnership Program is a high quality professional service that is not only very cost effective, but is a value added service for you and your customers. The benefits of this program not only meet the needs of new customer sites, but also address existing customer trouble sites. For the new customer, this program confirms whether their site is acceptable or not for the new equipment that is to be installed. This allows for corrective actions to be taken prior to installation of the new equipment, reducing the risk of problems due to a poor operating environment. For the trouble site, this program confirms whether the operating environment is the source of the problem(s), thus allowing for the proper corrective actions to be taken for problem resolution. The results of this program are a higher level of customer satisfaction and a reduction of costs incurred due to a poor operating environment.
This program includes a detailed site audit document that is easy to use and designed in conjunction with the standardized site audit test equipment kit. A high quality report is developed by a Certified Power Quality Professional (CPQ) based on the site audit document and provided back to you for presentation to your customer. An additional benefit of the Level 1 Site Audit Partnership Program is the technical support that is provided for each site report.
The site audit test equipment kit will include a state-of-the-art plug in voltage event recorder with accessories, a branch circuit wiring/distortion analyzer with specially designed test adapters, a TRMS voltage/current digital meter, a temperature and humidity probe, and a field case for the test equipment. The site audit test equipment kit can also be custom designed to meet specific needs.
The site audit report process will include a complete site audit documentation package, a step-by-step instruction sheet for each piece of test equipment, analysis of the site audit documentation package, development of a site audit summary report, and technical support.
